Registered Massage Therapists, a Registered Practical Nurse, and a certified Paediatric
Massage Therapist. As advocates for holistic health, we extend our nurturing touch to
mothers and caregivers, offering rejuvenating spa days that foster bonds
that transcend the ordinary.
Your Visit
Little Angels Wellness offers an exclusive experience for infants, toddlers, and children up to 12 in a serene,
safe, and hygienic environment. We provide hydrotherapy, massage, and wellness services to boost your baby’s immune system,
health, and growth. Each room is spacious for family and friends, creating a relaxing, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere.
Our Nursing room supports mothers with private, relaxing space for bottle or breastfeeding. We suggest feeding your baby
20 minutes before their spa session, as they may get hungry during float sessions and massages. The Nursing room is
available before and after sessions.
Enjoy complimentary wifi, TV, espresso, tea, coffee, latte, water, and snacks in our relaxation lounge.
You can bring your own refreshments too.
The spa features multiple soaking stations for hydrotherapy. Small tubs are for babies from 4 months,
with floatation devices and neck rings for infants. The large hydrotherapy swim spa is for 6 months and older,
with a guardian/parent always present. The small tub is chemical-free and sanitized after each use, while the large tub is tested every two hours for safety.
All hydrotherapy participants need a bathing suit, and non-potty-trained children must wear a swim diaper.
For comfort, we provide bathrobes, towels, and slippers. After hydrotherapy, enjoy a massage with a Registered massage therapist certified in paediatrics.
We offer small massage beds for infants and private rooms for all ages, suitable for mommy and daughter massages, sibling sessions, spa days with friends, and prenatal massages.

BENEFITS
Holistic Wellness Solutions
Infant massage offers numerous benefits, including improved circulation and a
strengthened bond between baby and caregiver. It supports healthy growth and development,
relieves gas and colic, and boosts circulation. Additionally, it strengthens the immune system,
enhances motor skills and coordination, and promotes emotional regulation.
Infant massage stimulates cognitive development, reduces crying and irritability,
and helps alleviate teething discomfort. It also provides enhanced muscle relaxation,
improves sleep quality, and reduces swelling and inflammation.
Benefits
Hydrotherapy is highly beneficial for babies, it involves the use of water for therapeutic purposes, conducted in a safe, controlled environment. Hydrotherapy boots cardiovascular and
respiratory function, encouraging deep breathing and improves circulation benefiting the baby’s heart and lung function.
There are many key benefits for babies such as enhancing physical development with muscle strength and coordination, the resistance of water helps strengthen muscle while enabling
gentle, low-impact movement. In addition, it supports balance as they learn to move their limbs. Encourages relaxation and sleep, reduces stress, promotes social and emotional bonding.
Combining massage with hydrotherapy can provide enhanced physical and mental benefits, as both therapies complement each other. Hydrotherapy uses warm water to increase blood
circulation (dilates blood vessels, improves blood flow ensuring oxygen and nutrients are delivered to the baby’s growing tissues, muscles and tissues move more effectively). Hydrotherapy reduces inflammation by improving lymphatic drainage. Following a massage allows muscles that are already in a state of relaxation to relieve tension.
Hydrotherapy creates an excellent foundation for relaxation, a massage afterward enhances this by releasing endorphins, reducing cortisol levels, calming the nervous system.
The massage calms the nervous system, promotes digestion, boosts immunity (stimulating the lymphatic system, which supports a healthy immune response).
Our massage technique relieves discomfort by reducing gas, colic and constipation, it encourages longer, deeper sleep and also relieves nasal congestion and teething discomfort.
Babies who are massaged regularly are more likely to have a secure relationship with parents and so tend to have better relationships with others.
